As a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, I could see how everything from pain to allergies was made significantly worse by stress. So I developed a science-backed system to lower stress and eliminate overwhelm for good.

You're dropping love bombs with your sweetie, making everyone in the neighborhood jealous. The kids think you're the fun one! So much energy, focus - you feel unstoppable.

High stress increases pain levels, causes weight gain, digestive issues - constipation, diarrhea, IBS, etc, acne, high blood pressure, A Fib, worsens Autoimmune diseases, makes you anxious and/or depressed, increases inflammation - it's toxic to your body and mental health...the list goes on and on.

New calm you

You feel amazing - pain levels are down, and your energy skyrockets. All of the issues caused by high stress are feeling so much better! Your body shifts to the calm/"parasympathetic" nervous system - where you rest, digest and heal.

Chronic stress shuts down your creativity. You feel stuck and can't make good decisions. You don't have the capacity to make changes or find a better way.
