How much time will I need each day to get awesome results?Your best results will come by dedicating at least 10 minutes three times per day - especially in the first few months. There are instructions for 3-5 minutes three times per day but your results will take longer. It's just like going to the gym - if you dedicated 30 minutes per day, you'd start to see results in 4-6 weeks. But if you only had 12-15 minutes per day it would take longer - right?
